Welcome to Chateaux Nirvana, a beautifully designed 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom cabin located inside Parkside Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10.

Spanning three levels and approximately 3,000 square feet (plus expansive deck space), this cabin comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and offers parking for approximately 4 vehicles, with additional parking available throughout the resort.

With spacious gathering areas, a large dining setup, and multiple entertainment spaces, Chateaux Nirvana is perfectly designed for families and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything the Smoky Mountains have to offer.

Main Level

Guests enter via 4 steps or a convenient ramp, leading into a bright and open main living space where the kitchen, dining, and living room come together seamlessly.

This level is designed for gathering. The dining area comfortably seats 12 guests, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar and 4 more at the high-top table, making it ideal for large family meals or group dinners.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, glass-top stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and all standard cookware and utensils needed to accommodate your entire group.

The living room is filled with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the surrounding mountain beauty. Relax on comfortable seating, enjoy the large flat screen TV, or unwind next to the natural gas fireplace.

Step outside onto the main-level deck and take in the views while enjoying the outdoor flat screen TV, gas fireplace, gas grill, and upgraded patio furniture including rockers and an outdoor dining table.

This level also includes the first master suite, featuring a king-size bed, electric fireplace, flat screen TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and direct access to the wraparound deck.

Upper Level

The upper level offers both relaxation and entertainment, beginning with a cozy sitting area that provides access to the deck and incredible views.

This level features two additional king bedroom suites, each offering flat screen TVs, electric fireplaces, and private bathrooms. One includes a shower/tub combination, while the other features a walk-in shower.

Also located on this level is one of the standout features of the home, the private theater room.

This impressive theater comfortably seats up to 16 guests with a combination of theater-style seating, couches, and recliners. Equipped with surround sound and a Blu-ray player, it is perfect for movie nights, game days, or relaxing after a full day in the Smokies.

Lower Level

The lower level is all about fun and additional space to spread out.

Here you will find a spacious game room featuring a pool table, arcade game, flat screen TV, pub table with seating, and a wet bar complete with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

A comfortable seating area makes this space perfect for gathering, while the nearby washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.
