Sky View Lodge is a secluded 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom luxury cabin located inside Parkside Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10. Offering approximately 3,000 square feet plus expansive deck space, this three level cabin comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and provides one of the most private and scenic settings in the resort.

What truly sets Sky View Lodge apart is its rare combination of privacy and breathtaking views. Tucked away in a more secluded setting, this cabin allows guests to enjoy the beauty of the Smoky Mountains without the feeling of nearby neighbors. Sky View Lodge is also one of the few cabins in Parkside Resort with access to a dedicated event space. Just steps away, the Sky View Pavilion offers a private venue experience for guests of this cabin, making it an incredible option for weddings, receptions, family reunions, and special events. Use of the pavilion is available for an additional charge.

Main Level

Sky View Lodge offers both steps and a ramp leading to the front door, where you will enter into the main level. This level features an open concept layout with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all centered around large windows that highlight the incredible mountain views.

The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a side by side refrigerator with icemaker, glass top stove, oven, dishwasher, and all standard cooking essentials, all complemented by granite countertops and rich cabinetry.

The living room is a true focal point, with floor to ceiling windows bringing in natural light and showcasing the surrounding mountains. Relax on comfortable seating while enjoying the flat screen TV or cozy up next to the natural gas fireplace.

Bedroom 1: King bed, electric fireplace, flat screen TV, and a bathroom with walk in shower accessible from both the bedroom and main living area.

Step outside onto the main level deck where the views truly take center stage. This space features an outdoor fireplace with TV, gas grill, and plenty of rocking chairs, all positioned to take full advantage of the peaceful and private mountain setting.

Upper Level

The upper level offers additional sleeping space along with one of the most popular features of the cabin, the private home theater.

A small sitting area at the top of the stairs provides a quiet place to relax while still enjoying the elevated views.

The private theater room features stadium seating for 11, including theater chairs and a sleeper sofa, along with surround sound and streaming capabilities, creating the perfect space for movie nights or game days.

Lower Level

The lower level is designed for entertainment and additional gathering space. As you enter, you will find a spacious game room equipped with a pool table, arcade machine, flat screen TV, pub table, and wet bar with mini fridge.

This level also includes a sleeper sofa and convenient access to the washer and dryer.

Sky View Lodge offers access to the Sky View Pavilion, a 900 square foot open air venue located just steps from the cabin. This space is ideal for weddings, receptions, and special gatherings, allowing guests to host events while staying close to their accommodations.

The pavilion provides a beautiful mountain backdrop for ceremonies and group events. Please note that use of the pavilion is not included with your stay and is available for an additional charge.
