Welcome to A Baby Bear, a beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury cabin located inside Parkside Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10.

Completed in November 2020, this thoughtfully crafted cabin spans three levels and approximately 1,900 square feet, offering the perfect blend of comfort, entertainment, and breathtaking Smoky Mountain views for your entire group.

Whether you're planning a relaxing family getaway, a trip with friends, or a memorable mountain retreat, A Baby Bear delivers an unforgettable experience in one of the Smokies’ premier resort destinations.

Entry Level

A Baby Bear welcomes guests with no steps to the front door, providing easy access into a spacious lower-level foyer. Inside, you'll find a large entry area with a generous storage closet—perfect for keeping luggage and outdoor gear organized.

This level features one of the cabin’s bedrooms, furnished with queen-over-queen bunk beds, a sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV, making it an ideal space for kids or additional guests.

A full bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower is conveniently located nearby, offering both hallway access and a private entrance from the bedroom.

Entertainment is abundant on this level with a dedicated game room featuring a pool table, arcade game, and large flat screen TV—perfect for hours of fun for guests of all ages.

Step outside to enjoy the small fenced yard, accessed through the exterior gate, offering a secure and relaxing outdoor space to take in the mountain setting.

Second Level

Upstairs, you'll find a luxurious master suite featuring a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and two spacious closets. The private ensuite bathroom includes a custom tiled walk-in shower, double vanity, private commode area, and a large picture window that fills the space with natural light.

From this suite, step directly onto the deck and unwind in the hot tub while enjoying the fresh Smoky Mountain air.

This level also features the third bedroom with a queen-size bed, which opens into a unique entertainment-style living space designed to feel like your own private theater.

This inviting area includes a sleeper sofa, 86-inch flat screen TV, arcade game, shuffleboard table, wet bar, and pub-style seating—creating the ultimate hangout spot for movie nights and game time.

A full laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located on this level, along with additional access to the deck and hot tub.

Third Level

The top level of A Baby Bear showcases some of the most breathtaking views in Parkside Resort.

This level features the fourth bedroom with a king-size bed, flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings, and a private ensuite bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this floor.

The open-concept main living area is designed to highlight the incredible mountain views, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room all flowing seamlessly together.

The kitchen features modern appliances and a large picture window overlooking the Smokies, making cooking and dining an experience in itself.

The dining table seats six guests, with additional seating for two at the kitchen island.

The living room includes a large flat screen TV, double-sided gas fireplace, comfortable sofa, and two plush recliners—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Step outside onto the upper deck for a true bird’s-eye view of the mountains. This outdoor space features an outdoor TV, rocking chairs, dining table, and two infrared heaters, allowing you to enjoy the space year-round.

Additional Information

All televisions are equipped with Charter Cable, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin.

Gas fireplaces are operational from October 1 through May 1. Fire pits are available for use year-round.
